Before COVID-19, we were unaware of "lockdown," "mandatory masks," and "social distancing." Today, even if we leave our house for just a minute, we have to wear a mask and follow social distancing. In India, the first Covid case was on January 27, 2020. It was reported in Kerala. According to  Wikipedia, the first lockdown in India was from March 25th, 2020, to April 14th, 2020.

And since then, it all started. Schools and colleges started shutting down. Even offices, construction work, everything has stopped. It affected both demand and supply in the manufacturing sector. After some time, everything started becoming digital. The use of online payments, such as Google Pay, Pay TM, etc., has increased rapidly. Also, the concept of "working from home" was adopted by all the organizations. 

So here are 8 digital marketing strategies for organizations after COVID-19.

1.      Hybrid working for employees

Even though the lockdown has been lifted, that does not mean that the coronavirus has ended. There is a new variant of Omicron. So organizations must keep the hybrid working system for employees. For example, two days in the office followed by three days at home. 

2.      Website Optimization

The next thing that organizations must do is optimize their websites. It should be user-friendly. Because nowadays, people prefer to do everything online. If they come to your website, then they should visit again and again. 

3.      Blogging

You must have quality content on your blog. The information that you write on your blog should be useful and related to your business or industry. The content should not be plagiarised and there should not be any grammatical mistakes. 

4.      Social media

Be active on social media and engage the audience. Share your experience with COVID and how your business is all set to reopen. produce video content. 

5.   "Google Trends"

Since the market is recovering, the trends and customer behavior will also change. You must adapt to new trends. If you don’t understand where to start, you can refer to Google Trends.

6.      Competition

In the pandemic, many people started new businesses. Some of your competitors may have disappeared or have launched a new product. You must keep track of your competitors. You must conduct a competitive analysis.

7.      Business Goals

Make sure that your original business goals are valid and meaningful. On the road to recovery, you may have to add new goals. In Google Analytics, goal conversion should be updated if you decide to make any changes to the website goals. 

8.      SEO

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an organic way in which you can bring traffic to your website. It helps your website rank advanced in search results. Your website should be at least on the first page, in the top 3 of the search results page. because the chances of people going to the next page are very small. So you must invest in SEO.

Although the pandemic has taken the lives of many people, we cannot do anything about it. All we can do is move on. Who knows if there will be any other pandemics waiting for us in the future? But we should be prepared for whatever comes next.
